2007-08: Redshirted to retain his year of eligibility…part of the 2007 recruiting class… played in the inaugural Orange-Black game.

Prep: A four-year varsity football letterwinner for Smithfield-Selma…named All-Conference his sophomore season and Honorable Mention All-Conference his junior year…also played basketball for the Spartans.
