Camels 11th after 36 holes at Chambers Bay

UNIVERSITY PLACE, WASH. – Brett McLamb and Jesper Svensson are tied for 24th place and Campbell is 11th on the team leader board following Monday's first two rounds of the SeattleU Redhawk Invitational at Chambers Bay.

McLamb (75-72) and Svensson (74-73) both finished at 5-over 147 Monday on the par-71, 7223-yard layout that hosted the 2015 U.S. Open.  The course will be adjusted to a par-70 layout over 7057 yards for Tuesday's final 18 holes.

Craig Hornberger (78-72—150) is tied for 44th, while Thomas La Morte (78-73—151) and Ray Kravixien (75-76—151) are tied for 51st in the 93-golfer field.

Iowa State (287-285—572) owns a one-stroke lead over No.-35 Northwestern (289-284—573) heading into Tuesday's final round. Little Rock (580), Seattle (582) and Notre Dame (583) round out the top five.

Campbell followed an opening round 302 with a six-over 290 and is two strokes behind No.-44 BYU (590).  DePaul (595) and Princeton (595) are tied for 12th.

Northwestern's Dylan Wu – ranked No.-28 in the country – is 36-hole leader at 6-under 136 (66-70), two strokes in front of Tyler Reynolds of Little Rock (68-70—138).
