Men's Soccer closes exhibition slate Saturday at George Mason

BUIES CREEK, N.C. -- Head coach Steve Armas gets a final pre-season look at the 2013 Camels Saturday when Campbell travels to George Mason for a 2 p.m. kick-off.

The Camels opened exhibition play last week with a 2-1 loss to 17th-ranked Wake Forest.  George Mason is 1-0-1 in pre-season action after a 1-1 draw with Loyola (Md.) and 3-0 blanking of Lehigh.

Isaiah Page scored last Saturday against Wake when he knocked in a rebound from Jhuvon Francis' shot.  Ethan Hall recorded 10 saves while playing all 90 minutes in the nets.

Three different Patriots scored in Wednesday's victory over Lehigh.  Mason was picked to finish third in the Atlantic-10 Conference pre-season poll after recording an 11-6-2 mark in 2012.

Campbell returns nine starters from last year's side that finished 12-5-2 and was ranked ninth in the final South Atlantic region poll.

The Camels open the regular season at home next Friday (Aug. 30) with a 7 p.m. kick-off against North Carolina State.
