BUIES CREEK, N.C. -- The Fighting Camels are set to host a Big South men's tennis matchup against the Radford Highlanders Saturday afternoon. CU's fourth-straight home match is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m. at the James R. Nisbet Tennis Center.

Campbell (15-3, 4-1 BSC) sits second in the current Big South standings, only behind Presbyterian who is an undefeated 3-0 in conference play this spring. The Camels most recently earned their 15th win of the season over another set of Highlanders from UC Riverside, 4-3, good for the program's highest win total since notching 19 in 2011. Campbell freshman Fernando Clemente is the reigning Big South Freshman of the Week for the fifth time this season. He is currently riding a three-match singles win streak with victories against Morgan State, Winthrop and UC Riverside.

Radford (2-11, 0-3 BSC) is at the bottom of the Big South standings, but is also coming off a win over the UC Riverside Highlanders. RU snapped an 11-match losing streak as they defeated UCR, 4-3. Janken Thoen is the only player on the Radford roster without a losing record this spring as he sits at 5-5 on the year in singles play. He and partner Samuel Taylor lead the Highlanders with five wins in doubles play this season.

Following the match, the Camels will host yet another home match against the South Carolina State Bulldogs. That contest is scheduled for 2 p.m. on Thursday, April 6 at the James R. Nisbet Tennis Center. For the most up-to-date information on Campbell tennis, follow @GoCamelsTennis on Twitter.
