2010-11: Placed third in four individual events on the season…finished third in the 100 back (1:08.38) against North Carolina A&T, 500 free (5:43.58) against UNC Wilmington and the 1,000 free against Radford (11:29.46) and Liberty (11:45.50)…placed fourth on the team in the 1,000 free (11:29.46) and the 200 back (2:17.86),fifth in the 1,650 free (19:36.76) and the 50 back (32.29), sixth in the 500 free (5:24.12), eighth in the 200 free (2:01.82) and the 100 back (1:08.38) plus 10th in the 100 free (56.88).

Prep/Personal: A four-year swimming letterwinner at Hunter Huss…was All-Conference in her sophomore, junior and senior season…named the conference’s Swimmer of the Year in both her junior and senior season…took home the MVP in each of her four seasons…voted team captain as a junior and senior…full name is Spencer Elizabeth Hopper…born 7/11/92 in Gaston, N.C. daughter of Curtis and Daughtry Hopper…has two younger siblings, Sayre and Shea…majoring in kinesiology.
