Juhasz breaks Campbell record at Tiger Tuneup

CLEMSON, S.C. – Campbell senior Lilla Juhasz broke her own program record in the women's 60m hurdles finals, clocking in at 8.31 to highlight CU's performances at the Tiger Tuneup at the Clemson Indoor Track & Field Complex. It was the seventh indoor record that the Camels have broken this season.

Juhasz began the day with an 8.33 in the 60m hurdles prelims, setting a new PR and school record that would eventually be broken once again in the finals. Her performance of 8.31 in the finals not only broke Campbell's record, but was the second-fastest time in Big South history and currently ranks 37th in the NCAA this season.

Juhasz also excelled in the 60m dash for Campbell, clocking a 7.66 for the fastest time in the conference this season. Deonica Reid and Isis Brooks also represented CU in the 60m dash, running a 7.74 and 7.91 in the finals, respectively. It was the first meet action for Brooks since December as she was coming off of an ankle injury.

Tatiana Wolfe recorded an 8.66 in the 60m hurdles prelims, missing the finals cut by just .04 seconds. Racheal Brown ran Campbell's fastest 200m this season with a time of 25.29, and was followed closely by Brooks who came in at 25.35. Both marks were personal bests for the duo.

Jocelyn Culbreath competed in the 400m for Campbell, coming in at 58.00 for her fastest time this season. Freshman Janai Scott made her collegiate 400m debut, clocking in at 1:02.29. For a full breakdown of the meet's results, check the 'Results' tab at the top of the page.
