Tyson sets triple jump PR at Raleigh Relays

RALEIGH, N.C. -- Campbell sophomore Noah Tyson set a personal-best outdoor mark in the men's triple jump to highlight Day Two of the Raleigh Relays. Tyson jumped a mark of 14.25m, beating his PR for the second-straight meet this season.

CU also competed in the men's and women's 4x800m relays Saturday afternoon. For the Campbell women, Kelsey Rea, Amina Alvarez Barkane, Heidi Tuszkiewicz and Brianna Meyrick placed 12th with a time of 9:25.33. On the men's side, CU freshmen Ka'Deem Wynn, Collin Cooper, Travis Gallimore and Casper Duell also finished 12th in 8:03.89.

This marks the end of the Raleigh Relays for Campbell. Up next, the Camels will split up once again as they are set to compete in the Pepsi Florida Relays and the High Point VertKlasse Invitational.
