CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Camels opened with back-to-back falls on the way to a 31-12 victory at The Citadel, Sunday afternoon inside McAlister Field House.

Heil, who trailed 6-2 entering the third, put together a trio of takedowns to bring the score to 8-8 against Douglas Gudenburr. At the horn, Heil's riding time advantage gave him the 9-8 victory and put Campbell ahead 23-3.

The home side scored victories at 149 and 157 to pull within 11 points, 23-12. At 149, Tyler Buckiso defeated Luke Stewart by a 7-1 decision, and Aaron Walker scored a first period fall over Jordan Eley at 157.

In the final period, Weiss tallied another takedown along with an escape and riding time advantage for the decision win.
