Women's Soccer Adds Three to Incoming Class
The Campbell University women’s soccer team, led by eighth-year head coach Todd Clark, have announced three additions to the 2013 recruiting class. Vilma Viola Ahlholm, Lilja Madeleine Bjork, and Nicole Connolly are Fighting Camels after signing National Letters of Intent and will join the team in August for the preseason.

Campbell University women’s soccer head coach Todd Clark returned this week from Arizona where he was involved as a coach at the Olympic Development Program’s national training camp in Phoenix. Senior Jeannie Borda was named to the Big South All-Tournament team for 2012. She was the sole representative for the Camels after the team fell in the first round of the tournament 1-0 to Radford.

Five Camels Earn Big South Postseason Honors
The Big South Conference announced Thursday night that five Campbell players were selected to postseason all-conference teams. Senior Taylor Brown and sophomore Ashley Clark were tabbed first team all-conference and senior Kirsty Meyer was named second team all-conference. Goalkeeper Alexis Connors was named to the all-freshman team, and senior Cissy Nitz was honored to the all-academic team.

Camels Fall to Radford in Big South Tournament Quarterfinal
The second-seeded Highlanders scored in the 79th minute of play, defeating the #7 Fighting Camels 1-0 in the first round of Big South tournament action Saturday at Cupp Stadium. This marks the second-straight year Radford (12-2-4, 7-0-4 Big South) has beaten Campbell (10-8-1, 5-6-0) in the conference tournament.
