Strength and Conditioning Mission Statement

The strength and conditioning department at Campbell University is committed to developing our student-athletes both on and off the field. Our goal is to provide student-athletes with the knowledge, motivation, confidence and training necessary to reach their athletic potential. Ultimately we want to improve athletic performance, decrease the likelihood of injuries and increase mental and physical toughness. Our goals are accomplished by utilizing free-weight, ground based, multi-joint movements in an environment of positive reinforcement, good communication and constant encouragement.
