BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Campbell's women's lacrosse team will host a free postgame skills clinic following its home opener, Saturday, February 24.
The Camels will host East Carolina at noon at Barker-Lane Stadium, and after the game, girls and boys from kindergarten through eighth grade are encouraged to stick around for instruction from CU coaches and players.
No prior lacrosse experience or equipment is necessary, but attendees are encouraged to bring a stick and mouth guard, plus goggles for girls, and helmets and gloves for boys.

Campbell is coming off its best season in the program's five year history, collecting 10 wins while advancing to its first ever Big South Championship game. Campbell finished second in the league's regular season standings (6-1), another program best, adding a record six All-Big South selections.
The Camels return 16 letterwinners, including nine starters, and welcome six newcomers to the fold in 2018. Among those returners, CU brings back 88 percent (183 of 209) of its goals from a year ago.
Three Camels were named 2018 Preseason All-Big South, while Campbell was voted tied for second in the
league's women's lacrosse coaches' poll. Junior midfielder
