Campbell Swimming Competes in
2004 Fall Frenzy Hosted by Wingate
WINGATE, N.C. – Katie
Conely posted Campbell's best individual time as the Camels
returned to action Saturday in the 2004 Fall Frenzy Hosted by
Wingate University.
Campbell competed in
all nine events, but there was no team scoring for the
event.
Conely finished fifth
in the 1650 Freestyle race with a time of 21:34. Heather Seals
posted a sixth place finish in the 1000 Freestyle at 13:38, while
Kristin Thomas placed 11th in the 50 Freestyle (25.38)
and 13th in the 500 Freestyle (5:50).
The best time of the
night for the Camels came in the 250 Freestyle Relay. Campbell's
Relay Team ‘A' earned a second place finish in the race with a
time of 2:36.
CU returns to the
pool Friday, Nov. 12 at 6:00 p.m. for a double-dual meet with
Gardner-Webb and North Florida. [Complete Meet
