There are two ways to win:

  1. The most winners of the night
  2. A raffle drawing collected through event chips throughout the evening


The winner will be announced at the end of the night, and the evening will conclude around 10:00 PM.

Guests may choose either Self-Parking or Valet Parking at the Marriott Raleigh City Center.

Self-Parking Instructions

When using GPS or online maps, please use the following address for direct access to the parking garage:
1 West Lenoir Street, Raleigh, NC 27601

  • The self-parking garage is located directly off Lenoir Street and is attached to the hotel and convention center.

Valet Parking Instructions

To access the hotel’s main entrance and valet services:

  • Turn left at the light at Fayetteville Street off Lenoir Street, just after passing the parking garage entrance.
  • This leads directly to the Porte Cochère at the hotel.

The inaugural Orange Tie Gala was held in conjunction with the Fighting Camels' move to the Coastal Athletic Association on the evening of June 30, 2023, just before CU officially became a CAA member at midnight. The Camels departed a 12-year tenure in the Big South Conference that produced the most titles and NCAA appearances since Campbell first joined the NCAA's top level in 1977.

In the spirit of the inaugural event, the Orange Tie Gala will continue annually to celebrate the achievements in Campbell Athletics, both on and off the field of competition, while providing support for the student-athlete experience. 

The 2024 event saw the Orange Tie Gala grow to even greater heights, raising thousands for athletics scholarships.

The Orange Tie Gala will find its permanent home each fall one night prior to the Fighting Camels' final home football game of the regular season, gathering the top supporters of Campbell Athletics, along with administration and coaches.

The Fighting Camel Club empowers student-athletes to lead with purpose on and off the field.
 
Over the past three years, donations to the FCC have helped fund facility enhancements, health and wellness improvements, specialized sports performance equipment, overseas team trips, summer school, career and professional development, recruiting and retaining coaches, and more.
