BUIES CREEK - The Campbell University wrestling team held its Black and Orange Showcase on Thursday evening. The event pitted the Camel wrestlers against one another in an inter-squad format that helped determine the starting line-ups when for the season opener on Nov. 5 at the Cavalier Duals in Charlottesville, Va.

The semi-final round was contested earlier in the afternoon, as the wrestlers competed to see who would earn a spot in the finals. The championships of each weight class were held in front of a crowd of over 150 people Thursday evening, as CU students, staff members and fans were able to get their first look at the 2011-12 Camel wrestling squad.
