- Sophomore Diego
Lawrence had three top-five finishes to highlight day two at
the UNCW Seahawk Invitational for the Camels.
Lawrence placed third in the 100 meter dash and fifth
in the 200 meter dash, setting personal best times in both
events. Lawrence ran a time of 10.58 seconds in the
100 meter dash and a 21.67 in the 200 meter dash. He
also placed third in the triple jump with a mark of 13.91
meters.

Jayshawn
Campbell finished second in the 400 meter dash with a time of
48.55 seconds. He also placed eighth in the 200 meter
dash with a time of 22.04 seconds.

meter relay team of Jayshawn
Campbell, Adoniss Jones, Denzel
Jones, and Andres
Perez finished second with a time of 3:24.99.
Freshman
Chris
Schulist ran a time of 1:54.92 in the 800 meter run and
finished second. Sophomore DeLohnni
Nicol-Samuel finished 11th in the same event with a
time of 2:00.54. Nicol-Samuel also finished
10th in the 1,500 meter run with a time of
4:04.42.

Jessica
Dunston finished fourth in the shot put with a mark of 12.36
meters.
Junior Cameron
White finished seventh in both the 100 and 200 meter dashes,
setting personal bests in both events. He ran a 10.83
in the 100 meters and a 21.91 in the 200 meter dash.
Junior Rachel
Deline finished eighth in the 1,500 meter run with a time of
4:46.89. Freshman Brianna Kincade had a time of
1:01.50 in the 400 meter dash and finished
10th.

Collins and sophomore Sena
Bekric had top-10 finishes for the Camels in the 100 meter
hurdles. Collins finished sixth with a time of 15.38
seconds and Bekric placed 10th with a time of 16.17
seconds. Collins also finished sixth in the 400 meter
hurdles with a time of 1:06.72.
The Camels
are back in action next weekend (Mar. 19-20) at the Shamrock
Invitational in Conway, S.C.
