BUIES CREEK, N.C.-Campbell will hit the road after nearly a month at home, traveling to nearby UNC Wilmington on Tuesday before rounding out the week with an Atlantic Sun series at Jacksonville.

Leading the Camels
Ellis Lowe continues to lead the Camels at the plate, hitting .360 with 28 RBIs and 29 runs scored, leading the A-Sun with 54 hits. The senior has clubbed 13 doubles and one home run, while stealing 11 bases this season. Jimmy Brenneman bats .345 from the leadoff slot, while leading the A-Sun in on-base percentage (.544), runs scored (45), stolen bases (24) and times hit-by-pitch (27), where the junior leads the nation. Brenneman is also third in the conference in triples (3).

Bryce Grady has been on a torrid streak of late, hitting .688 (11-for-16) over his last five games with eight RBIs, a home run, a double and six runs scored. The redshirt sophomore raised his average to .333 on the season after coming into the week at .213. Grady clubbed his first home run of the season at North Carolina Central in a 15-1 Campbell win, driving in a career-high four runs in the game. He then collected a pair of RBIs in Friday's contest with North Florida, going 2-for-4 from the plate. In the second game of Saturday's doubleheader, Grady was 3-for-4 with a run scored, capping a 7-for-12 series for the redshirt sophomore.

Ryan Koopman leads CU hurlers with a 3-5 record and a 4.42 ERA over a team-high 53 innings. Logan Self is 1-6 on the season and leads the team with 38 strikeouts, while Ryan Mattes is 2-1 with 34 punch outs in 44 1/3 frames.

Frank Zier pitched Campbell to a 5-1 win over North Florida in game one of Saturday's doubleheader, tossing his first complete game of the season. The junior tossed 9 innings, allowing only one unearned run while striking out seven and walking just one. Zier allowed four hits in the CU win, his second career complete game. The complete game was the third by a Camel pitcher this season. Zier also started a game in the midweek, but exited after 2/3 of an inning due to injury. The junior is now 1-3 on the season with a 3.62 ERA.

Brenneman on Track to Shatter Hit by Pitch Record
Jimmy Brenneman could easily break the Campbell single-season hit by pitch record by the end of the season. The junior has been hit 26 times so far this season, for second all-time, through just 35 games. Chris Bangi (2009-10) owns both the first and third highest hit by pitch totals in CU history with 30 in 2009 and 22 in 2010.

Alan Denman, who was hit by 15 pitches last season (now tied for fifth in single-season history), has already been hit 15 times again this year.

Brenneman leads the nation in the category, while Denman ranks third.

Scouting the Seahawks
UNC Wilmington is 16-14 overall and 7-5 in Colonial Athletic Association play after falling in two if three to Delaware over the weekend. The Seahawks are led by Thomas Pope's .398 average at the plate. Hunter Ridge has scored a team-high 27 runs while driving in 27, also a team-best with his .350 average. Matt Campbell also holds a .361 average at the dish with 23 runs scored and 14 RBIs.

Ryan Leach will get the start on the hill for UNCW, coming in with an 0-2 record and 6.26 ERA in 27 1/3 innings of work. Leach has struck out 14 while walking 16 in seven appearances. Blaze Tart highlights the UNCW bullpen with five saves in 11 games. Tart has limited opponents to a .188 average through 20 innings this season.

Scouting the Dolphins
Jacksonville is 20-12 overall and 10-5 in A-Sun games this season after a weekend sweep of Mercer on the road. Adam Brett Walker is batting .391 with a team-high seven homers and 38 RBIs, adding 37 runs scored. Daniel Gulbransen, meanwhile, is hitting .417 with 38 runs scored and 32 RBIs.

Jonathan Murphy tacks on a .331 average to go along with 35 runs scored and 22 RBIs while Taylor Ratliff is hitting .333 with 17 RBIs and 34 runs.

Matthew Tomshaw leads JU hurlers with a 3.47 ERA, a 4-2 record and 39 strikeouts in 49 1/3 innings. Steve Eagerton is 6-0 on the season wit a 4.26 ERA in 50 2/3 innings, while Chris Kaminski is 2-2 with a 6.75 ERA.

Chris Anderson paces JU relievers with six saves and a 2-1 record in 18 appearances. Anderson picked up a win and two saves in the Dolphins three game sweep of Mercer last weekend. Adam Maxon has tossed 33 1/3 innings out of the pen this season, going 2-3 with a 3.51 ERA.

On Deck
The Camels will travel to North Carolina State on Tuesday, April 19 before hosting Belmont in a three game set, beginning on Friday, April 21 at 6 p.m.
