Brooks shoots 67; Campbell remains 4th after 2nd round of Golfweek Program Challenge

PAWLEY'S ISLAND, S.C. – Freshman Lisbeth Brooks shot a four-under-par 67 and Campbell remained in fourth place in the team standings Monday after 36 holes of the Golfweek Program Challenge women's tournament at Caledonia Golf & Fish Club.

Senior Michelle Koh moved up to a fourth place tie on the individual leader board following a second-straight one-over-par 72.  The native of Kuantan, Malaysia had 17 pars and one bogey during the second round.

Brooks, a freshman from Waunakee, Wisc., fired the day's low round, which stands as the second-lowest 18-hole score in Campbell women's golf history, eclipsed only by Koh's five-under-par 66 last October at the Palmetto Intercollegiate.  Brooks' second round included five birdies and she leaped from a tie for 41st place into a tie for seventh heading into Tuesday's final round on the par-71, 6003-yard layout.

Live scoring is available on-line at www.Golfstat.com.

Freshman Brooke Bellomy (74-78) and sophomore Kaylin Yost (74-78) are tied for 29th at plus-seven 152, while junior Teresa Urquizu (72-85) stands in a tie for 43rd place at 14-over 157.

Fellow first-round co-leader Lejan Lewthwaite of Texas State followed Sunday's 68 with an 80 on Monday and dropped into a tie for 16th place.
