KIAWAH ISLAND, S.C. – Michelle Koh tied for 14th place and Campbell finished 3rd in the team standings after Tuesday's final round of the Edwin Watts Kiawah Island Classic.

A senior from Kuantan, Malaysia, Koh shot an even-par 72 Tuesday on the par-72, 6001-yard Cougar Point layout and finished the 54-hole event at 9-over 225 (78-75-72).  She moved up 20 spots on the leader board after sitting in 34th place through 36 holes.

Sophomore Kaylin Yost tied for 17th (76-74-76—226) and fellow soph Maria Jose Benavides tied for 26th (78-74-75—227).  Freshman Lisbeth Brooks tied for 38th place (77-76-76—229) and junior Teresa Urquizu tied for 48th (75-75-81—231).

Playing as individuals, Campbell's Alexandra Prazak (85-81-82—248) and Brooke Bellomy (87-78-85—250) tied for 149th and 155th, respectively, in the 179-player field.

With two individuals among the top four, Augusta State (286-296-295—877) claimed team honors by 22 strokes over runner-up UNC Greensboro (307-297-295—899).  Campbell (306-298-299) and Elon (303-296-304) tied for third at 903 strokes in the 33-school field.

Coach John Crooks' Camels finished among the top four schools for the sixth time in seven tournaments this season.

Fanny Cnops of UNC Greensboro won individual honors at 2-under 214 (72-71-71), one stroke ahead of Christine Duschek-Hansen (72-72-71—215) of Augusta State.  Natalie Wille of Augusta State (69-77-71) tied with Erin Selfridge of Daytona State (73-70-74) for third place at one-over-par 217.

Campbell continues its spring schedule Mar. 5-6 at the Hurricane Invitational hosted by the University of Miami.
