BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Campbell will host two games under the lights and will welcome Mercer for Homecoming 2013 on Oct. 26.
The Camels will open its home schedule with two-straight night games, hosting UVa.-Wise (Sept. 7) and Charleston Southern (Sept. 14) at 6 p.m. at Barker-Lane Stadium. CU installed lights to Barker-Lane Stadium prior to the 2012 season, hosting four of its six home contests at night last year.
Campbell will kickoff at 1 p.m. at home against Morehead State (Oct. 5, Family Weekend), Jacksonville (Oct. 19) and Marist (Nov. 9).
Campbell's 2013 Homecoming game will come against Pioneer Football League newcomer Mercer on Oct. 26. Game time is scheduled for 4 p.m. against the Bears.
The Camels will kick off the 2013 season at Charlotte on Aug. 31 with a noon start under first year head coach Mike Minter. Campbell will play at 1 p.m. at Stetson on Nov. 2. The team's road contest times at Valparaiso (Sept. 28), Butler (Oct. 12) and Davidson (Nov. 16) are still to be determined.
