Women's Golf tied 6th after day one at 3M Jaguar

AUGUSTA, GA. – Campbell stands tied for sixth while Nadine White stands tied for eighth in the individual standings after day one action at the 3M Jaguar Intercollegiate hosted by GRU Augusta at the Forest Hills Golf Club.

White, a freshman from Brisbane, Australia, posted an opening round 76, good for three shots off leader Lacey Fears from Mercer and Samantha Postillion from Illinois.

As a team, the Camels gathered a 318 mark, knotted with host GRU Augusta and Coastal Carolina. Vanderbilt tops the field after a day one 299 team score.

Fellow freshman Louise Latorre sits two strokes back with Friday's 78, tied for 16th.

Kaylin Yost, meanwhile, is tied for 20th after notching a 79 on Friday.

Lisbeth Brooks and Tahnia Ravnjak round out Campbell's scoring, both in an eight-way tie for 58th.

Play continues through Sunday in the 3M Jaguar Intercollegiate, which features 12 top-100 teams.
