DAYTONA BEACH, FLA. – Campbell concluded a three-match spring break road trip Wednesday with a 6-0 sweep of Savannah State.
After sweeping the doubles point, the Camels lost only two games in five singles matches that were completed.
Tamara Stanic improved to 9-1 in singles play this spring, while Claudia Ortiz earned her first dual victory for the Camels and Kirsten Renz improved to 2-0 at the sixth position.
Campbell (6-5, 0-1 Big South) returns home to face league rival Gardner-Webb Saturday at noon.
