HARRISONBURG, VA. – Campbell set a school 200 yard freestyle relay record Saturday, but fell 123-76 at James Madison in the team's regular season finale.
JMU moved to 7-3 in dual competition this season, while Campbell finishes the regular season at 4-10.
The Camels topped the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:30.17, lowering the school record by more than five seconds. Erica Wammock, Kat Costin, Rebecca Stanton and Sarah Walker combined to set the school mark, which stood since the 2013 CCSA Championships.
Four Camels took runner-up finishes against Dukes, with Lily Tang's 58.56 in the 100 back, Michelle Case's 53.73 in the 100 free, Caroline Clark's 58.32 in the 100 fly and Geena Squartino's 10:45.75 in the 1000 free.
Carly Bowles also recorded a 1:09.10 in the 100 breast.
Next up for the Camels will be the CCSA Championships, beginning Feb. 18 in Athens, Ga.
