CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Campbell men's cross country has claimed its third male runner of the week honor of the season. Amon Terer earned his first weekly honor of the season for his performance at the NCAA Pre-Nationals Oct. 17 in Louisville, Ky.
Terer finished 10th overall, running the second-best time in Campbell record books at 23:32.5. That time is .2 seconds off Lawrence Kipkoech's time of 23:32.3 ran earlier this season.
Terer joins Kipkoech on the list of Big South Male Runner of the Week award recipient winners this season.
The Fighting Camels return to action Oct. 31 in Spartanburg, S.C. at the Big South Championship race.
