CLINTON, S.C. – Bradley Farias scored once and added an assist to lead Campbell to a 3-1 Big South Conference win over Presbyterian Saturday at Martin Stadium.
Seth Jones and Isaiah Page also scored for the Camels (6-7, 2-3), who won their second-straight league outing. Mason Lewis found the net for Presbyterian (0-13-1, 0-6-1), which lost its fifth in a row.
Jones put the Camels in front in the 26th minute with his fifth goal of the season off Farias' cross.
However, the Blue Hose equalized less than two minutes later when John Speed's free kick set up Lewis in the box for his first goal of the season.
Page's 63rd minute header hit the net off a Sam Butts cross to put the Camels back ahead 2-1.
Farias finished the scoring in the 72nd minute when he gathered a failed clearance in the box and knocked in his league-leading 13th goal of the year. The sophomore from Indiantown, Fla., is the nation's second-leading scorer behind Gordon Wild of USC Upstate, who has 14.
Campbell finished with a 20-11 edge in shots, 8-6 in shots on target, and took 11 corner kicks to five for the Blue Hose. Camel keeper Matthew Mozynski and PC's Johnny Archer both finished with five saves.
The Camels return to action Wednesday with a 7 p.m. kick-off at High Point.
