BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Campbell men's and women's tennis will host Wingate Friday at 2 p.m. at the Nisbet Tennis Center, both team's first home match of the 2015 spring season.
Men's tennis (1-3) will look to rebound after falling to No. 7 North Carolina, 4-1, Wednesday in Chapel Hill, N.C.
Sophomore Nicolas Rakitin claimed the team's only match points against the Tar Heels, extending his current singles match winning streak to three games.
Women's tennis (1-2) is coming off a 4-1 victory against Morgan State in the team's last match of the VCU 4-1 Invitational.

Irina Karangozishvili leads the Camels with an undefeated 3-0 singles record through the team's first three matches of 2015.
Friday will mark the first spring season match for both of Wingate's tennis teams.
The Bulldogs' men's squad finished the 2013-14 season with an 18-8 record en route to their second South Atlantic Conference Tournament championship in three years; the team fell to Campbell 1-8 in 2014.
Wingate's women's tennis team finished last season with a 19-6 overall record, including a 0-9 loss to the Camels on the Bulldogs' home court.
