BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Campbell men's tennis fell to in-state foe UNC-Charlotte Saturday afternoon 2-4 at the Nisbet Tennis Center; with the loss, Campbell falls to 8-7 overall and 3-1 in Big South Conference play.
The Camels jumped out to a quick lead after the doubles duos of seniors Marthinus Visser and Adrien Rossignon, and freshmen Lukas Schaefer and Jonathan O'Neal clinched the doubles point.
Adrien Rossignon claimed the only singles victory for the Camels, defeating Jack Williams in straight sets 6-2, 75.
The Camels will return to action Wednesday as they travel to Williamsburg, Va. to take on William and Mary.
