BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Campbell men's tennis defeated East Carolina 4-1 Wednesday afternoon at the Nisbett Tennis Center.

The Camels move to 11-8 overall this season and 4-2 on their home courts; East Carolina falls to 10-11 on the season and 1-8 on the road.

East Carolina grabbed a quick lead after claiming the doubles point from the Camels. Campbell answered by claiming all four of the singles matches to be completed.

Senior Adrien Rossignon defeated Collin Rosser 3-6, 6-1, 6-4 to claim his second-straight singles match victory for the Camels; Rossignon is now 7-1 in dual matches.

Sophomore Nicolas Rakitin claimed a team-best 13th singles victory Wednesday as he defeated Damien Brenard in straight sets 6-2, 6-3.

Campbell will host UNC Asheville Saturday at 10 p.m. for its final home match of the season at the Nisbett Tennis Center.
