BUIES CREEK, N.C. - Campbell is set to host former Atlantic Sun foe Jacksonville in its 2015 home opener at the Eakes Athletic Complex on Friday evening at 7:00 p.m., the second match of a doubleheader following Campbell's women's tilt against East Tennessee State.
The Camels (2-3-0) are seeking their first three-match winning streak since opening the 2014 season with a 3-0 mark. Friday's matchup will be the second between the two sides since Campbell departed the Atlantic Sun after the 2010 campaign; Jacksonville (2-2-1) earned a 1-0 victory on its home field last season.
Campbell at a Glance
• The Camels captured the Belmont Invitational crown in Nashville, Tenn., last weekend with a pair of 3-2 victories over Lipscomb and Belmont. The six goals were Campbell's most in a two-match span since also netting six against Gardner-Webb (two) and High Point (four) to close the 2012 season.
• Bradley Farias captured tournament MVP honors, earned spots on the National Team of the Week from College Soccer News and TopDrawerSoccer.com and was named the Big South Attacking Player of the Week for his three-goal, eight-point outings. The sophomore leads the conference in both goals (five) and points (12) this season.
• Michael Clemmons and Ish Rodriguez each scored their first collegiate goals last weekend. Clemmons' strike proved to be the match-winner against Lipscomb, while Rodriguez's blast from the top of the box gave Campbell a 2-0 lead in the 71st minute against Belmont.
• Farias, Rodriguez, Isaiah Page and Tunji Osifeso were all named to the Belmont Invitational All-Tournament Team.
All-Time Series
• Friday's matchup will be the 20th meeting between Campbell and Jacksonville, with the Camels holding a 9-6-4 edge in the series over the Dolphins.
• In the last meeting between the two sides, Griffin Kelly fired the match-winner for Jacksonville in the 88th minute for the only goal of the match, sending Campbell to a 1-0 setback on the road on Sept. 23, 2014.
• Campbell is seeking its first victory in the series since downing the Dolphins 2-1 in Buies Creek on Oct. 31, 2009.
Scouting the Dolphins
• Jacksonville enters Friday's tilt on a two-match losing streak, dropping a pair of decisions at Old Dominion and VCU. The Dolphins are also on a 187-minute scoreless run, having last found the back of the net in the 83rd minute against Detroit on Sept. 6.
• Martin Agredo leads Jacksonville with two goals and four points on the season. Alvaro Alvarez, Allan Morgan and Ejiroghene Mrabure have also each netted goals in 2015.
• The Dolphins have used three different goalkeepers through their first five matches, led by freshman Patrick Harding who has surrendered four goals in 208 minutes. Liam O'Connor has played just over 171 minutes for Jacksonville with 10 saves and five goals allowed.

• Campbell will take on Stetson in its second match of the weekend on Sunday afternoon at 2:00 p.m.
• The Camels own a 12-7-1 mark all-time against the Hatters, including a 3-1 victory on the road last season.
• Stetson enters the weekend with a 2-3-1 record with losses in its last three matches. The Hatters will take on Furman in Greenville, S.C., on Friday evening before making the trip to Buies Creek on Sunday.
