PAWLEY'S ISLAND, S.C. – Campbell took the lead in the women's event and the overall standings after Monday's second round of the Golfweek Program Challenge.
Nadine White shot a collegiate career low 4-under-par 67 to move into a tie for second place in the women's event at Caledonia Golf and Fish Club. The Campbell women were 3-over for the day (294-287-581) and took a seven-stroke lead over second place Morehead State (290-289—588). Old Dominion is third (287-302—589) in the 18-team tourney.
With a men's and women's combined 11-over par score, Campbell leads Old Dominion and Mercer by three strokes heading into Tuesday's final round. In the men's event at True Blue Plantation, Campbell is tied for eighth place at 2-under 574 (288-286).

A junior from Brisbane, Australia, White made six birdies Monday in her round that was one stroke off the school record shared by Michelle Koh and Tahnia Ravnjak. Through 36 holes, she is tied with Taylor Dodson of Gardner-Webb at 5-under-par 137 (70-67), two strokes behind leader Anna Magnusson of Morehead State (64-71—135).
White rates second in the 90-golfer field with nine birdies, is tied for third in par-3 (2-under) and par-4 (1-under) scoring, is tied for 7th on the par-5 holes (2-under) and tied for 8th with 23 pars.
The Camel women vaulted from fifth to first place Monday by shooting 3-over 287, 11 strokes better than Morehead State on the day.
Junior Louise Latorre is tied for 5th at 2-over 144 (72-72) on the par-71, 6002-yard Caledonia layout. The native of Pau, France leads the event with 29 pars (15 Monday) is tied for 8th in par-4 scoring (+2), 10th in par-5 scoring (-1).
Senior Tahnia Ravnjak is tied for 7th (72-73—145). The product of Cordeaux Heights, Australia is fifth in the field in par-4 scoring (+1), eighth in birdies (6) and 10th on the par-5 holes (-1).
Sophomores Ayelen Irizar and Annelie Sjoholm shot 75 and 77, respectively in the second round.
As a team, the Camels lead the women's even in par-four scoring (+12) and pars (106), are tied for second in par-3 (+5) and par-5 (+2) scoring and fifth in birdies (22).
