BUIES CREEK, N.C. – A select group will represent the Campbell track & field program at the Meyo Invitational hosted by Notre Dame, Feb. 5 & 6 in South Bend, Ind.
For the women's side, representing Campbell will be Lilla Juhasz, Deonica Reid, Tatiana Wolfe, Sabina Allen and Shenelle McKay. Davian Rhodes, Khai McLin and Lorne Jenkins will represent the Fighting Camels men's squad.
At the Camel City Invitational, Juhasz competed in the 300-meter race and the 60-meter hurdles. In the 60-meter hurdles she sixth overall with her time of 8.54s. Wolfe also competed in the 60-meter hurdles, completing the race in 8.77s. Wolfe ran in the 200-meter dash, finishing with a 26.30s mark. Allen was a participant in the 200-meter dash (27.10s) as well as the long jump (5.29-meters) for the Orange and Black. McKay also competed in the long jump as she finished 34th on the day with her jump of 4.91-meters.
For the men, Jenkins finished ninth in the long jump where he posted a 6.98-meter jump in the event. He also ran a 7.30s time in the 60-meter dash. For Rhodes, he finished sixth in the high jump with his mark of 2.05-meters. Rhodes set a new personal record in the triple jump with his 12.72-meter jump.
