RALEIGH, N.C. – Campbell sent a select group of runners to the Raleigh Relays hosted by North Carolina State. Lawrence Kipkoech finished fourth in the men's 10,000-meter race en route to setting a new school record and personal best in the race with his time of 29:11.00.
In the men's 5,000-meter race, Amon Terer finished with a new personal best of 13:58.32. With the times run by Terer and Kipkoech, they have positioned themselves in strong contention to qualify for the NCAA East Regional race. Both times are projected top-20 marks based on recent year's performances in those respective races.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Multiple personal bests were broken including a school record at the UNF Spring Break Invitational hosted by the University of North Florida.
Sabina Allen set a new school record and personal best in the women's triple jump, jumping 12.89-meters in her second attempt of the event. With her mark, Allen has also put herself into strong contention for qualifying for the NCAA East Regional Meet, based on previous year's qualifying marks in the triple jump. Also on the women's side, Jaszlyn Jenkins and Kelsey Rea set new personal bests in their respective events.
In the triple jump, Jenkins sent a new personal best with a jump of 11.96-meters on her third attempt in the event. She beat her previous jump of 11.81-meters from one year ago. For Rea, she set a new personal best in the women's 800-meter race, running a 2:15.89, finishing 11th overall. Her previous best was a 2:17.77 set last year at the Campbell University Invitational. During the 200-meter race, Deonica Reid set a new personal best in the race with her time of 25.37 seconds.
Also in the 800-meter race, Roshae Jackson finished fourth overall, running a 2:13.29 time, .60 seconds better than her initial mark set at the UNCW Seahawk Invitational. In the 1500-meter race, Heidi Tuszkiewicz had a solid showing, running a 4:45.66 in the race, a collegiate best for the freshman. Amina Alvarez Barkane also had personal best in the 1500-meter, running a 4:51.78.
Shenelle McKay finished third in the high jump, setting a new season-best with her 1.65-meter jump on her first attempt of the day.
The women's relay teams had a pair of top-5 finishes at the meet, as the 4x100-meter team finished fifth and the 4x400-meter team finished in third place. In the 400-meter hurdles, Tatiana Wolfe set a new personal best by more than one second, finishing with a 1:01.10 time. Jocelyn Culbreath set a new personal best in the 200-meters, besting her previous mark by .09 seconds.
On the men's side in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, Jacob Kipserem took home second place with his 9:17.25 time. Davian Rhodes also took home a second place finish in the high jump with his 2.05-meter jump, a height he reached on his first attempt.
In the triple jump, Lorne Jenkins claimed second place with his 15.02-meter jump, a mark that's .04-meters away from his personal best. The men's 4x400-meter relay team finished third in the race, one second behind second place.
Campbell is scheduled to travel to two different meets next weekend, in Gainesville, Fla. for the Pepsi Florida Relays and in Palo Alto, Calif. for the Stanford Invitational. April 15-16, Campbell hosts the Campbell University Invitational, more information can be found at GoCamels.com.
