2016 Cheerleading Tryout Packet (PDF)

BUIES CREEK, N.C. – Campbell will hold its annual try-outs for the Cheerleading team on Sat., Apr. 16 and Sun., Apr. 17 in Carter Gymnasium.  Activities begin on the 16th at 9:00 a.m. and on the 17th at 10:00 a.m.

The PDF at the above link includes all necessary forms and information to bring to the tryouts.

The following items are the minimum requirements needed for tryout participation:

• Application Form
• Workout Waiver
• Non-Student Athlete Liability Release and Waiver
• Questionnaire
• Verification of Enrollment

Current CU Students:

• Unofficial Transcript
• Class Schedule

High School/ Transfer Students: (Spring Only)

• CU Acceptance Letter *Contact Assistant Coach Sheldron Fulcher (fulcher@campbell.edu) if your acceptance is still pending.

Copy of Current Physical (dated within the last 12 months)

Registration Fee: $20 (Checks can be made payable to Campbell Cheerleading)

** You will not be allowed to tryout without all of the above**
