Camels fourth after 36 holes at UNF Collegiate

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. – Nadine White is tied for third overall and Campbell is fourth in the team standings after 36 holes Monday of the UNF Collegiate women's golf tournament.

A junior from Brisbane, Australia, White shot 71-74—145 and is three strokes behind co-leaders Laura Gomez of James Madison and Sophia Schubert of Texas heading into Tuesday's final round.

No.-36 Houston and No.-25 Texas are tied for the team lead (590) on the par-72, 6002-yard Jacksonville Golf & Country Club.  The College of Charleston (597) is third, while Campbell (600) is three strokes back.

Campbell sophomore Annelie Sjoholm is tied for eighth (74-73—147).  Senior Tahnia Ravnjak is tied for 30th (75-78—153) and junior Louise Latorre is tied for 45th (80-75—155).  Sophomore Ayelen Irizar (80-78—158) is tied for 62nd and senior Mary-Katelyn Holanek is tied for 79th (84-79—163).

White leads the 95-golfer field in par-four scoring (-4), is tied for second with seven birdies and made 23 pars on Monday.  Sjoholm is tied for first in par-three scoring (-3), tied for sixth in birdies (6) and also had 23 pars on the day.

Irizar played the par-three holes even (tied for 13th), while Ravnjak made 24 pars (tied for 12th).  As a team, the Camels tied for second with 22 birdies and were fourth with 110 pars.
