Lou Regen claimed the lone point for the Campbell in singles action as the Camels fell to Appalachian State Saturday afternoon.
App State opened the match by claiming the doubles points with a pair of victories at No. 1 and 2.Â
Following an opening court win at No. 1 for the Mountaineers (2-1),
Lou Regen tabbed a 7-5, 6-1 win at No. 3 for the Camels (2-1) to draw to within one, 2-1.
the Mountaineers then reeled off the next four courts for the win.
Campbell opens its home slate on Thursday against NC Central with first serve set for 2:00 p.m.
