BUIES CREEK, N.C. -- Campbell dropped just one set Thursday afternoon to sweep Longwood 7-0.
Campbell (7-2) swept to win its second straight match and its fifth out of the last six.
Lou Regen won her third straight singles matchup to clinch the match for the Camels and to improve to 5-1 on the season all at No. 3.
Ana Castillo and
Lea Cutura paired to win their fourth straight match at No. 6-1 to open doubles action.Â
Lucile Pons and
Inma Ramon then paired to clinch the doubles point 6-3 for the pair's third straight win.
Ana Castillo opened singles play with a 6-0, 6-2 win at No. where she has been a mainstay all season posting a 6-3 record.
Lucile Pons won her third straight with a 6-1, 6-4 two set decision at No. 4 to push the match to 3-0 in favor of the Camels. With the win, Pons improved her singles record to 7-2 on the year including a 6-2 ledger at No. 4.

Lea Cutura, picked up her third straight victory with a 6-3, 6-2 win at No. 2.Â
At. No. 6,
Essence Martins improved her record to 3-1 on the season with a 6-3, 6-2 victory.
Alexandra Nicoara closed out the afternoon with a 3-6, 6-2, 10-6 win at No. 5 for her second straight win. Nicoara now sports a 5-2 mark on the year.
Campbell returns to action on Monday at 2:00 p.m. against Western Michigan.Â
