BUIES CREEK, N.C. – The doubles point proved to be decisive Saturday when UNC Asheville edged Campbell 4-3 in Big South women's tennis action at the Nisbet Tennis Center.
After the Bulldogs won the top two doubles matches, the Camels (3-5, 0-1 Big South) and Asheville (9-1, 2-0) split the singles.
Campbell returns to action Tuesday with a 10:00 a.m. first serve at the College of Charleston.
