MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. – Campbell turned in its second consecutive win in straight sets, downing Mount Olive 7-0 on Saturday at the John Neal Walker Tennis Center.

CU moved to 2-2 on the season, while the Trojans dropped to 0-2.

The Camel pair of Mariana Ossa and Lily Chitambar clinched the doubles point with a 6-1 win over Jessica Aylward and Simone Szovan.

Ossa's 6-2, 6-1 win over Aylward started singles play, while Mialy Ranaivo secured the dual victory, topping Lara Stamereilers 6-3, 6-2. Tamsin Hart then closed out the sweep with a 6-1, 6-3 victory.

The Camels will be back in action tomorrow, hosting Barton in their 2024 home opener (1:00 p.m.).
