Camels earn comeback win over Coastal

BUIES CREEK - Campbell fought back from down 3-1 to defeat Coastal Carolina 4-3 Sunday afternoon. The win is Campbell's third straight as the team moves to 3-2 on the season.

Campbell began the day by collecting the doubles point thanks to wins by Prospalova/Mari Marti on court two and Maras/Ozel on court three.

After three early defeats in singles Sandra Mari Marti started the comeback with a three-set win to pull within a point. Sonia Pieczynska had some heroics of her own, down 4-0 in the third set before winning six straight games to grab the third set 6-4 and even the match score. Ilouona Aneca secured the match for the Camels with a three-set victory on court six.
