2010-11: Placed third in the 200 IM against North Carolina A&T (2:31.10)…a CCSA All-Academic Selection…ranked sixth on the team in the 50 back (32.88), seventh in the 100 back (1:07.94), 200 back (2:31.52) and the 100 IM (2:42.98) and 10th in the 100 fly (1:08.73)

2009-10:  Had team’s top finished in the 1,650 free (20:43.40), ranked sixth in the 1,000 free (12:02.81) and 200 fly (2:34.81), seventh in the 50 free (28.82) and 100 back (1:11.10), eighth in the 100 fly (1:09.20)…had three top-three individual finishes on the season…finished second in the 500 free against Georgia Southern…finished third in the 500 free against North Carolina A&T…was the runner-up in the 1,000 free against North Carolina A&T…finished third in the 1,000 free against UNC Wilmington

2008-2009: Ranked fourth on the team in 400 back (5:09.19), fifth on the team in 200 fly (2:33.35), sixth in the 200 back (2:27.14), 100 breast (1:20.55) and seventh on the team in the 100 back (1:09.63) and 100 IM (1:11.48)…a CCSA All-Academic Selection…finished third in the 500 free (5:55.98) against North Carolina State and East Carolina.

Prep/Personal: Earned four letters and was a four-time all-conference team member at West Rowan High School…was the MVP of her team all four years of high school…named to the all-county team her junior and senior season…a member of the National Honor Society…full name is Melissa R. Eller...daughter of Cameron and Mary Eller…born 9/17/90 in Salisbury, North Carolina….has an older sister, Kelly…majoring in clinical research.
