Personal: Veronika Falathova was born Nov. 15, 1986 in Bratislava, Slovakia… A former top-10 tennis player as a junior in her native Slovakia… Concentrated her efforts on golf four years ago and has enjoyed success on the national and international level… Placed second in the 2001, 2003 and 2004 Slovakian Championship and finished third in 2002… Represented her country in the World Amateur Championship in 2001, ’02 and ‘04… International Czech Junior Champion in 2004… After moving to Hilton Head Island, S.C., finished second in Merit Points on the 2002-03 IJGT Tour and was ranked in the top-10 in 2003-04… Business administration major.
