2006 Track & Field: Set personal record in the indoor 3000m at the Liberty Record Bash finishing in seventh place with a time of 8:47.29…set personal record in 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 31:30.16…season best for the Camels at the Atlantic-Sun Championship with a time of 15:21.47 in the 5000m… led the Camels in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 10:08.23 at the Winthrop Invitational.
2005 Cross Country:Named All-Conference after finishing fourth at the A-Sun Championships with a time of 25:24…named to the Atlantic Sun All-Academic Team…ran in the NCAA Southeast Regional Cross Country Meet finishing with a time of 32:48.40 in the 10K race…season best in the 5K came at the Campbell Invitational with a time of 16:01 where he finished fifth overall…season best in the 6K came at the Winthrop Fall Classic with a time of 19:21.50 finishing 11th…season best in the 8K came at the Great American Cross Country Festival with a time of 25:22.902005 Track & Field: An NCAA East Regional qualifier in the 10,000 meters… Earned first team All-Atlantic Sun honors with a first place finish at the A-Sun championships in a time of 31:45.18… Also earned third place and third team honors with his 9:48.51 in the 3000m steeplechase… In a total of eight races he placed in the top-10 eight of nine times.
2004: Cross Country: Qualified for the NCAA Southeast Regional where he was Campbell’s top finisher, completing the 10K race in 32:24 for a top-100 finish (No. 87)… Earned first team All-Atlantic Sun honors after finishing tenth at the A-Sun Championships (27:18)… Best finish was second at the Campbell Invitational in a time of 15:46 for the 5K race… finished in the top-15 in four of seven races including taking 10th place at the prestigious Great American Cross Country Festival.
2004 Track & Field: Earned second-team all-conference honors at the A-Sun Championships (4/16) in the 10,000 meters (32:08.50) … also ran in the 3,000 meter steeplechase at the league championships (4/17) finishing 10th … ran in five outdoor meets and all three indoor meets … had four top-10 finishes in six races during the outdoor season and three in four races during the indoor season … posted the team’s top indoor time in the 5,000 meters running a 15:13.59 at the Carolina Last Chance Meet (2/28).
2003 Cross Country: Participated in four races as a freshman … finished 5K in sixth-place (16:13) at the Campbell Invitational (8/30) … placed 18th at the league championships (11/1) with his season-best five-mile time of 26:37.
Personal: Jeremy Christian Helf earned the gold medal in the 10,000 meters at the Ontario Track & Field Association (OTFA) Provincials in 2002 … bronze medalist in 2002 in the 10,000 meters at the Junior National Championships … earned silver in the event the previous year … also in 2001 earned bronze for the 3,000 meters at the OTFA Provincials … in 1999 earned gold in the 3,000 meters at the OTFA Provincials… Son of Einar and Sandra Helf born on August 5, 1984 in North York, Ontario ...
