BASEBALL PARKING INFORMATION
General Public Accessible (HANDICAP) Parking
Campbell baseball fans who need accessible parking assistance, can find Handicap parking spaces near the stadium.
General Public Parking
Parking for baseball fans without will be available in the lot in front of Jim Perry stadium. Spaces will be first-come, first-served. Please be aware of thrown and batted balls. Campbell University is not responsible for any damages.
JIM PERRY STADIUM GENERAL POLICIES
Access to Jim Perry Stadium
All general gates will open 1 hour prior to tip. Fans are encouraged to enter the stadium early to avoid long lines at first pitch. All ticket holders may enter any gate at the stadium. All Campbell students must present valid ID at the gates.
Re-Entry
Once you have entered Jim Perry Stadium, you will not be permitted to exit the arena and re-enter using the same ticket. A new ticket must be purchased to re-enter the stadium.
Ticket Office Location
The ticket office is located at the main entrance to the stadium.
On baseball game days, the baseball stadium ticket office will open 1 hour prior to first pitch. Will Call is located at the main ticket office.
Will Call
All customers picking up tickets at Will Call must present a valid photo ID. Will Call tickets should be claimed by the individual who placed the order. Any exceptions to this policy must be arranged with the Campbell Ticket Office in advance of the day of the event. The Will Call window is located at the main ticket office.
Pass Gate
Campbell Player Pass List, Cheer Pass List and High School coaches sign in is located at the Main Gate. The visiting team pass list is also located at the Main Gate. Everyone on a pass list will need to present a photo ID and sign for their tickets.

For information on wheelchair accessible/disability seating, please call the Campbell Ticket Office at 910-893-1459.
Lost Ticket Policy
If tickets are lost, stolen or misplaced, contact the Campbell Ticket Office at 910-893-1459 prior to the day of the game. Re-issued tickets may only be claimed by the account holder upon showing valid photo ID. Ticket issues on game day will be handled at the ticket resolution window of the main ticket booth at the arena.
Refunds
All single game tickets ordered from the Campbell University Ticket Office are non-refundable.
Who needs a ticket?
Children who are under 2 years of age or under do not need a ticket. Anyone 3 years of age and older will need a ticket.
Prohibited Items
No outside food or drinks are allowed except for medical purposes.
No animals, except service animals
No laser pointers
No weapons
No strollers, umbrellas, noise-making devices, drones, fireworks, tobacco products, smoking and smokeless tobacco.
No balls
No large bags or backpacks. Drawstring backpacks and small bags/purses allowed, but all bags and/or fans are subject to search.
All flags or signs must be pre-authorized by Campbell Athletics. Any authorized flags or signs can NOT be on a pole or hung in a fixed location at the arena.
Smoking Policy
All Campbell Athletic Facilities are tobacco free. Prohibited tobacco items from Jim Perry stadium include but are not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, electronic cigarettes, chewing/smokeless tobacco, snuff/snus, pipes, water pipes, bidis and kraters.
Alcohol
No alcohol will be allowed in general concourse or seating areas. No outside alcohol, beverage or food may be brought into the stadium
Fan Conduct
Campbell University game management and University Police Department personnel reserves the right to remove any fans that are disobey any stadium policies or present a safety risk.
Restrooms
Permanent restroom facilities are located throughout the arena.
