2006 Cross Country: Finished tenth at the Campbell Invitational with a time of 17:28...Also finished 20th in the UNCW Invitational (17:25.58) and the Raleigh Invitational (17:23)... 

2006 Track & Field: Named to the Atlantic Sun All-Academic team...did not compete during track and field season

2005 Cross Country: Named to the Atlantic Sun All-Academic team...set a personal record in the 5k at the Campbell Invitational with a time of 16:55...set a personal best in the 6k at the Winthrop Fall Classic with a time of 21:09.90...set a personal best in the 8k at the Lou Onesty Invitational with a time of 28:03.68.

Prep/Personal: A four year letter winner for the Yellow Jackets and head coach Jeff Morris (a former CU Athlete)... as a senior helped lead the team to conference and section championships and a state runner-up finish... a member of the conference and section record setting 4x800m team that finished 10th at nationals (7:54)... qualified for outdoor track nationals three times... was an All-State runner in 2004 and all-conference as a junior and senior, twice voted both hardest worker and most valuable runner for Perham... he was fifth in the state in the 4x400 relay and a state runner up in the 4x800 meter relay as a sophomore and senior, winning the event as a junior... best high school times: 5K 16:50; Mile 4:38; 800m 1:59.4; 400m 0:52.3... member of National Honor Society... son of Steve Menze and Julie Vomacka born Sept. 12, 1986 in Fergus Falls, Minn...majoring in accounting
