2005 Track and Field: Was the top sprinter for the Camels winning four events during the season and placing third and fourth respectively in the 200 meters and 100m at the Atlantic Sun Championships… won the 200m at Coastal Carolina (24.70) and George Mason (11.79) as well as the 100m at Coastal Carolina (11.92) and the UNCW Seahawk Invitational (11.91)… came within two tenths of a second of equaling the Campbell record in the 60m when she ran 7.61 at the Tiger Invitational… held the top CU time in the 60m (7.61), 100m(11.79) and 200m (24.52) all season… finished inside the top-25 in every race, only finishing outside the top-10 three times.

Abilene Christian University: Competed in the NCAA Division II National Championships running her top-time of the season in the 100 meters (11.91) in the preliminary race ... had seven top-10 finishes on the season in the 100m including a first-place mark at the Tarleton Relays ... ran three races in the 200m with a season-best time of 25.53 seconds at the Tarleton Relays.

Prep/Personal: Wafaa Tassiar was one of the top sprinters in Morocco ... won the Arabic Championships and the Moroccan Championships in both the 100 meters and 200m… the daughter of Abdel Kebir Taissir and Malika Founti, she has three siblings: Mehdi, Assmaa and Amal ... her sister Amal is also currently on the Campbell track team… born June 6, 1980 in Casablanca, Morocco ... an International Business major.
