Fall 2004:  Compiled a 6-2 singles record in fall tournament competition… Was unbeaten at the Hampton Roads Collegiate Invitational (C-Flight)… Advanced to semifinals of the North Carolina/Josephine Groot Memorial (D-Flight) with wins over Kazuya Otani (South Carolina) 6-2, 6-4 and Brett Waikert (Richmond) 6-4, 6-3 before losing to Trystan Heinrich (UNC) 6-3, 6-4…  Also won two matches at South Carolina Fall Invitational… Teamed with Artoym Starkov to post a 3-3 record in doubles…

Personal:  Nicholas Mark Owen reached the main draw of the British National Championships… Also selected to play for his County Team and has faced former Great Britain number-one and world top 50-ranked Jeremy Bates… Presidential Academic Scholarship recipient… Son of Mark and Sarah Owen… Has one sister, Carina… Born Jan. 30, 1986 in London, England… Plans an economics major.
