Darm initially joined the Campbell staff during the summer of 2022.Â
"I'm very excited about the addition of Coach Darm," said former head coach Virgil Givens upon the hiring of Darm. "He has shown that he's a good recruiter but even better developer. Evan will help our program reach phenomenal heights."
In 2022-23, Darm helped coach All-American Dorcus Ewoi. During the cross country season, Ewoi set personal bests in the 5K (16:59.6) and the 6K (20:40.5).
