2021-22: Outdoor - Set personal best 5000m time of 17:03.23 at Raleigh Relays to open the season... Set personal best 1500m time of 4:36.32 and finished fourth at VertKlasse Meeting... Took third in 10,000m behind time of 34:56.85 at Flames Invitational taking third overall...Finished fourth in 5000m at North Florida Invitational in time of 17:12.65... Ended the season by finishing fourth in 10,000m in 36:10.68 and sixth in 5000m with time of 17:48.28 at Big South Championships... Indoor - Started season at South Carolina Invitational by taking fourth in 3000m with time of 10:00.96 and third as part of DMR team in 12:04.02... Set personal best mile time of 5:05.88 at Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational... Finished fifth in 5000m at Big South Championships in 17:31.92 and sixth in 3000m in 9:58.36... Cross Country - Set personal best 4K time of 14:09.9 at Elon Opener to start the season... Finished 11th in 5K course at Chanticleer Challenge in 18:18.6... Finished fifth in 5K at Vertcross meet in 17:59.7... Took third at Big South Championships, finishing 5K course in personal best time of 17:43.3... Ran 6K course at NCAA Southeast Regional finishing 6K in 74th behind personal best time of 22:03.7... 

2020-21: Outdoor - Set personal best in 800m at USC Open, finishing in 2:23.72... Finished fourth in 10,000m at Big South Championships with time of 36:58.71...  Indoor - Finished fourth in 3000m at the Carolina Challenge in 10:02.95... Set personal best in 3000m at the Camel City Invitational in 9:56.73... Cross Country - Finished 9th at the HPU Vertklasse meet, finishing the 6K course in 22:32.5...

2019-20: Indoor - Competed at two meets during the indoor season... Finished fifth in the 3000 meters and eighth in the 5000 meters at the Big South Championships...

Prep/Personal: Attended Hoerskool Vorentoe High School in Johannesburg, South Africa. She was a two time top achiever (2013/2014) and most promising girl (2015), while also competing in netball. Intended major is marketing, plans after college include working and continuing to run. Decided to come to Campbell because of the reputation of the Lundy-Fetterman School of Business as well as the successful T&F/XC program here at Campbell.
