2010-11: Had three top-three individual finishes on the season…placed third in the 200 free against Liberty (2:05.88), second in the 500 free against UNC Wilmington (5:37.85) and third in the 100 fly against North Carolina A&T (1:08.75)…placed fourth on the team in the 200 fly (2:19.15), fifth in the 500 free (5:23.48) and the 100 fly (1:00.74) plus sixth in the 100 (55.68) and 200 free (1:59.74) and the 1,000 free (11:44.25)

2009-10: Won the 200 free against North Carolina A&T (1/22)….won the 500 free against Georgia Southern (11/6)…placed third in the 200 free against North Carolina A&T (10/2)…had a third-place finish in the 1,000 free against North Florida (11/7)…part of the school record 800 free relay team (7:54.39) at the CCSA Championships (2/18)…ranked second on the team in the 200 free (2:00.10) and the 1,000 free (11:33.24), fourth in the 500 free (5:20.14) and 200 fly (2:19.91) and ninth in the 50 free (27.12), 100 free (58.27)…a CCSA All-Academic Selection  

2008-09: Won the 500-free against UNC Wilmington (2/14)…ranked second on the team in the 200 fly (2:15.50), third in the 200 free (2:03.05) and 500 free (5:29.08), fourth in the 400 fly (5:16.36) and 1,000 free (11:24.57), fifth in the 50-fly (31.80), sixth in the 100-fly (1:04.22), eighth in the 100 free (59.31) and ninth in the 50 free (27.49)…totaled five finishes in the top-three of individual events.

Prep/Personal: Swam two seasons for NOVA of Virginia Aquatics before swimming with the Shady Grove YMCA her final two years due to her high school not fielding a swim team…Gorse was the team captain of her YMCA team both seasons that she swam with them…also played on the lacrosse team in high school…full name is Cameron Elizabeth Gorse…daughter of Frank and Holly Gorse…born 12/30/89 in Richmond, Virginia….has one older sibling, McKay…majoring in business administration.
