2007-08:  Chosen as Campbell’s 2007-08 Outstanding Female Athlete...won a total of 16 individual events during the school year...voted the Coastal Collegiate Swimming Associations Swimmer of the Week on Feb. 12...a two-time CCSA All-Conference selection (200-breast and 100-breast) (first-ever for Campbell)...a CCSA All-Academic choice...broke Campbell’s records in the 100-breast (1:05.90), 200-breast (2:19.74), 200-IM (2:08.71) and was part of the record-setting 200-medley relay (1:51.56) and the 400-medley relay (4:02.25) team’s...swam CU’s best times in five events (50-breast, 100-breast, 200-breast, 200-IM and 400-IM)...also part of the relay teams with the best times in the 300-breast (3:38.06) and the 200-medley (4:02.25)...set personal bests in five events 50-free, 50-breast, 100-breast, 200-breast and 200-IM)...won the 200-breast, placed second in the 100-breast and ranked fourth in the 200-IM at the CCSA Championship.

2006-07:  Broke seven Campbell records including the 50-breast (33.03), 100-breast (1:06.46), 200-breast (2:21.95), 400-breast (5:17.73), 100 individual medley (1:04.62), 200 individual medley (2:10.79) and the 400 individual medley (4:44.92)...had first-place finishes in the 100-breast, 200-back and the 200-breast...had second-place finishes in the 100-breast (thrice), 200 individual medley (twice), 400-breast, 100 individual medley and the 50-breast...a member of the 200-medley and 400-medley record holding relay teams...earned a fourth-place finish in the 100-breast at the 2007 Northeast Conference Championships.

2005-06:  Earned All-Northeast Conference honors in the 100 and 200-breast...named team MVP for her freshman season... set four Campbell records, in the 100-breast (1:06.46), 200-breast (2:21.95), 200 individual medley (2:10.79) and 400 individual medley (4:45.80)...finished second at the NEC Championships in the 100-breast (1:06.47) and 200-breast...had first-place finishes in the 200-IM, 200-free (twice), 200-breast (twice) and the 100-breast (thrice)...a member of five record-holding relay teams, including the 200, 400 and 800 free relays and the 200 and 400 medley relays...

Prep/Personal: Was a four-year letterwinner at Riverside Secondary, which finished as Ontario high school champions three out of four years...was team MVP in 2002 and 2003, and team captain in 2005... Best time of 1:08.67 in the 100 meter individual medley... full name is Heidi Victoria Shallow...daughter of Mike and Louise Shallow...born 12/11/87, in St. Johns, Newfoundland, Canada...
