Anthony Richardson

Anthony Richardson, ATC, LAT is in his first year as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Campbell University in 2019-20. He will be pursuing a Master’s of Education in interdisciplinary studies with a concentration in exercise science while at CU, working primarily with the Fighting Camels’ volleyball and men’s and women’s tennis programs.

Previously, Richardson was an undergraduate student at the University of Indianapolis where he received his B.S. in Athletic Training in 2019. Richardson worked with multiple sports teams at the professional, collegiate and high school levels, spending a majority of his junior and senior years with the Butler University men’s basketball team. He also spent a summer internship with the Indy Eleven, the professional soccer team in Indianapolis.

Richardson was born and raised in Greenwood, Indiana. He enjoys supporting the Indiana Pacers and Indianapolis Colts. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Athletic Trainer Examiners.
